Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• United States: 5–14 business days (some orders ship from Canada and may be subject to customs clearance.)
• Canada: 7-16 business days (some orders ship from the US and may be subject to customs clearance)
• Other international destinations may vary.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected available shipping method.

International Shipping: As some orders ship from Canada and others ship from the United States customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LuxSensations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
