Return & Exchange Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxsensations.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and the item is received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right immediately.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
